Jiaxing Beihua Polymer Additives Co., Ltd. invested 300 million yuan in 2021 to start the construction of a new plant in a 50-acre chemical park, aiming to expand the "rubber additives project with an annual output of 100,000 tons". Using international advanced technology and equipment, the production system has achieved continuity, automation and safety and cleanliness. The main products are rubber additives, cross-linking agents, and degradable bio-based materials, which serve high-tech products in tire rubber, sealing products, photovoltaic cell modules, and environmentally friendly packaging industries, with high added value and a wide range of downstream applications.

01 About fifty acres

The new factory is located in Hongqiao Road, Huimin Street, Economic Development Zone, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location, which will greatly enhance the production capacity and market competitiveness of Jiaxing Beihua Polymer Additives Co., Ltd. The new plant has two Class A production plants of chemical standards, and three fully automated masterbatch production lines are currently being installed in the first phase, all of which use domestic advanced automation equipment, including internal mixer and Mach automatic batching machine, marking that the project construction has entered a critical stage.

Different from traditional rubber additives enterprises, the new plant is designed in accordance with fine chemical construction standards, and has the following outstanding advantages:

1. Rigorous design standards: building site selection, general layout, fire roads, safe passages, equipment and pipeline design are all in line with fine chemical standards to ensure production safety.

2. Advanced equipment selection: The design of equipment, pipelines and valves takes into account the danger and corrosion resistance of the medium, and the production equipment has overpressure bearing capacity and perfect process control system, and is equipped with necessary detection instruments and alarm devices.

3. Closed production process: adopt closed design as much as possible to reduce the risk of leakage, use a closed system for material transportation, and set up negative pressure dust collection. The project operation adopts remote DCS control technology to realize automatic feeding and packaging, prevent the spread of toxic dust, and reduce the risk of employees being exposed to harmful substances. Through these measures, the new plant will further improve product quality and production efficiency.
